On Saturday the 23th of June the first Brasa Holland Ladies Only seminar was held, and needless to say it was a big success! The seminar was organised for women interrested in Brazilian Jiu Jitsu. Thanks to the effort of Saraï there were 15 ladies in attendance. The duration of the seminar was from 12:00 till 15:00u. After the warming-up there was a two hour instruction by Brasa head instructor Zohair Abouchoaib. Many techniques were addressed, for example schrimping.
